Angora Modern Retreat is located in the Tahoe Mountain neighborhood on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe. This newly constructed mountain home comes with all the comforts of a home with 1,766 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and accommodating up to 6 people comfortably with the convenience of nearby skiing and beaches. It's the perfect destination for those seeking a memorable vacation in the heart of nature, offering relaxation, adventure, and the allure of Lake Tahoe right at your doorstep.

On the main level upstairs, you will find a spacious open floorplan consisting of a living room, dining area, fully appointed kitchen, and half bathroom. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, a Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Off the living room area is a deck with a gas grill looking out to the surrounding neighborhood and forest. Step outside onto the deck to breathe in the fresh mountain air and immerse yourself in the natural beauty. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar with four barstools. Beyond the kitchen is a dining area, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and dual sinks. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground floor level. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and access to the backyard. The other bedroom has two twin beds and forest views.
