Enjoy beautiful lake and mountain views from this gorgeous condo, located just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort’s Nevada lodges, beaches, and downtown casino area.

Rock Haven has a private, ground-level entrance with gas fireplaces in both the living room and master suite, and a full bath for each bedroom.

HOA Information
• This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
• Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance)
• Two (2) cars maximum allowed. *Renters are required to properly display a host-provided parking permit on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vechicle.
• Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited
• During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snowstorm
• This unit does not allow pets, but all dogs must be on a leash at all times and owner must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.

This lovely rental has a full kitchen, private laundry, and wireless internet. Enjoy relaxing and taking in views of the lake and surrounding mountains from the outdoor deck, just off the living room, and preparing an al fresco meal on the outdoor propane grill.

During the winter months, enjoy quick access to the mountain as Heavenly’s Stagecoach and Boulder lodges are just minutes away. During the summer months, take advantage of the scenic hiking and mountain biking trails right outside the door.

    Family reunion ski trip and boy was it EPIC! Rock Haven was the perfect home away from home for us and the absolute perfect location! Less than two minute drive to Boulder where we skiid for 3 days. House is warm, cozy, comfortable and clean. The owner is amazing and very welcoming- she even made us cookies :) Highly recommend!
