    Pros :
    - very spacious/ full kitchen
    - rooms were very clean and spacious
    -very high ceiling
    -good for kids/family
    -very homey and cozy
    - 3-5 mins to casinos, lakeside beach marina , heavenly area ( if no traffic )
    -safe area / cul de sac

    Cons
    - no AC (but there are 2 ceiling fans in the living room and fans in all rooms

    Gorgeous view. Wonderful amenities. Pool table has some felt up, but we aren’t pros so we didn’t care. Cooking here is prime. So many options. Grill, vent hood, big burner area, flattop and burners. Multiple sinks, bowls, and usable dishes. No AC but open windows at night (with screens) worked perfect. (Visited in mid May, don’t know about summer). Deck is great, but wear sandals... due to the weather it had to be shingled and the open tar areas get hot fast. Plenty of space for all. Overall a great experience, very responsive, and clean. would rent again.

    Stayed here with a group of my friends for a ski weekend. Love the location just off Kingsbury Grade. The house is at the end of the street - very quiet and private. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable seating around the TV. Nice pool table in a separate game room.
    This is the second time I have rented a property in the Tahoe area from Buckingham/Opulent Vacations and have been very pleased with the personal service provided by their team.
