This newly constructed mountain home comes with a hot tub and all the comforts of home with its plush furnishings. With 1,752 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodating up to 8 people comfortably, this house can be your home away from home for an extended stay.

On the main level upstairs, you will find a spacious open floor plan consisting of a living room, dining area, and fully appointed kitchen. The living room has a large sectional sofa (that also has a queen-sized sofa sleeper), a Smart TV with a sound bar, and a gas fireplace. Off the living room area is a deck with a gas grill looking out to the surrounding neighborhood and forest, and also a spiral staircase for access to the backyard, fire pit, and hot tub. The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar with 4 barstools. Beyond the kitchen is a dining area, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Downstairs, you will find a minibar with a wine cooler and additional wine storage under the staircase.

The master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and shower. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground floor level. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, Smart TV, and access to the backyard, deck, and hot tub. The other bedroom has a queen-sized bed and forest views.
