In season, the beach is equipped with a restroom, water fountain, picnic tables, ping-pong tables, a horseshoe court, a sand volleyball area, and corn hole boards. Bikes are provided at the cabin for renters to use. The cabin also supplies beach chairs and umbrellas, which may be stored on the racks at the beach during the season. There is space on the main beach where cabin occupants may store their canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards rather than transport them daily.

A private caretaker and on-site security maintain a peaceful, safe, and quiet environment, making this an ideal family neighborhood.

The feeling within Tahoe Meadows is that you are miles away from civilization, and yet shops, restaurants, 3 large supermarkets, Heavenly Village, the gondola, and Heavenly Mountain Resort access are all within one mile. Walk and bike on the miles of private almost un-trafficked roadways around the meadow and leading to the beach.

You'll feel right at home in the mountains with the accents of pine, river rock, and lodgepole throughout the house. The living room area has vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows looking out at the forest, and a large natural stone fireplace. Inside the pine armoire is a TV, blue ray disc player, and amenities such as books, games, and cards. The dining area has a table with benches that seats 6 comfortably, as well as patio doors that open to the expansive front deck with multiple outdoor dining tables and a gas barbecue. Beyond the dining area is the open kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar that has 3 barstools and ample space on the granite countertops to create memorable dishes for your family or group. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, a dishwasher, a gas cooktop stove with an electric oven, disposal, condiments, spices, small appliances, multiple coffee makers, and a full-size washer and dryer.

On the entrance level there are two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.

Upstairs, you will find a large loft with a seating area and second TV, a second full bathroom, and a large bedroom with 4 twin-sized beds and a queen bed (on the floor for children's safety).

During the summer, enjoy relaxing and dining on the front deck with ample outdoor furniture and a landscaped yard beyond. In the winter months, the kids will love playing in the snow on the deck and in the surrounding forest.
