The Lodge at Wildwood is a newly remodeled home just outside the downtown South Lake Tahoe and Stateline area. You are minutes from Heavenly Mountain Resort’s California Base Lodge at this home. In the winter, you can hit the slopes from this lodge and access all the trails Heavenly Mountain Resort offers. In the summer, take advantage of all the hiking and mountain biking trails in the forest surrounding this home. The Lodge at Wildwood is only a 6-minute drive to the Stateline corridor, where you can enjoy our local casinos, shops, and restaurants. The Heavenly Mountain Resort’s gondola also is located at the Stateline. Lake Tahoe is also just a short 5-minute drive away.

This luxury home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and over 3,251 square feet. It can sleep up to seven people. The home is on two levels and is on a quiet street in the forest. When you enter the home, you will find yourself on the first level, where the main living areas are located. Relax in the living room on one of the couches and enjoy the gas fireplace or watch a movie on the flat-screen television. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which has been remodeled with Wolf Sub-Zero appliances. Off the kitchen is the Master bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, a gas fireplace, and Scott Forrest artwork. On the same level is another bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bathroom in the hallway.

The bottom level of the home features the last 2 of the four bedrooms, the laundry room, and the last bathroom. The first bedroom has a full-sized bed, reading nook, and chalk drawing wall. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, plus a seating/gaming area and a desk/office nook. From this room, you can access the garage. This home is perfect for relaxing your sore muscles after a day on the slopes in the hot tub and enjoying the gas outdoor fireplace. This home has everything a Tahoe Mountain should have and is perfect for a retreat in any season!
